Many Sheriffs across our state have declared that they will not fully enforce the new assault weapons ban including Sheriff Mendick here in DuPage county. Supporters of Sheriff Mendrick are planning to show their support on Tuesday, January 24th at 9:30 am and then make public comments at the DuPage County Board meeting. If you are available please come to this meeting to show that we demand our law enforcement follow laws passed by our legislatures.
