Advocate for 708 – Vote Yes to Addison Township creating a Community Mental Health Board funded by a levy of an annual tax (not to exceed 0.15% of the equalized assessed value of a taxable property), instituted for the purpose of providing community mental health facilities and services, for individuals with a developmental disability or a substance abuse disorder.
